Elaine joined Kestrel Capital as Head of Compliance in 2022.  She has over 20 years experience in the investment management industry. Her most recent role prior to joining Kestrel Capital was Head of Compliance for the Irish operations of Principal Global Investors, where she was responsible for the compliance framework of the MiFID, UCITS and AIF authorised entities.  Prior to her position at Principal, Elaine worked for KBI Global Investors, Setanta Asset Management and Bank of Ireland Asset Management.
