Prior to joining Kestrel, Darragh gained valuable experience with Zurich Life and Willis Towers Watson, where he worked across pensions, investments, and advisory support functions. Darragh graduated with a BA in Economics from University College Dublin (UCD) and holds the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation.
